Cellular Medicine is a new field of science that translates our knowledge about the role of micronutrients as biocatalysts in a multitude of metabolic reactions at the cellular level into its practical application for human health. The expansion of this new field will break down the artificial wall that today separates the science of nutritional biochemistry and the practice of medicine.

The Dr. Rath Research Institute conducts research in the health benefits of micronutrients in various chronic diseases and in maintaining health. We are using modern science and technology to study the mechanisms of nutrient actions and apply this knowledge to correct and balance cellular metabolism naturally. We have developed nutrient synergy as the most effective way to optimize various aspects of cellular metabolism without using megadoses of individual substances.

Our research is based on Dr. Rath’s scientific discoveries, and it has led to the development of innovative solutions for various aspects of health. Our research in heart disease focuses on optimizing blood vessel function as the main cause of coronary heart problems. Our multi-targeted approach to cancer, with its focus on the natural control of metastasis, has been shown to be the most effective way to curb the development and progression of this disease.

The Dr. Rath Research Institute is home to a 23,000-square-foot pharmaceutical grade laboratory. It is staffed with scientists from the fields of medicine, biochemistry, cellular biology and nutrition who conduct innovative research in cardiovascular disease, cancer, and other health aspects. Our results have been published in independent peer-reviewed scientific journals, presented at numerous scientific and medical conferences and shared with the public.
